Collection 12397 (herbarium acc. no. TURA 26333F) is Hebeloma velutipes.

    Collection 12397 was collected by J. Vauras, det: J. Vesterholt on 26th August 2008 in Savukoski Municipality, Aihkimännikkö farm house, margin of yard, Sompion Lappi, FINLAND (approx. 67.1784°N, 27.8793°E, altitude approximately 180 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal families Betulaceae (genus Betula) and Pinaceae (genera Picea and Pinus) were present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as boreal woodland with a substrate of soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
