Collection 18821 was collected by N. Siegel (3307) on 7th October 2018 in Riverbend Campground area, Chiwawa River, near Leavenworth, Washington, UNITED STATES (approx. 47.9621°N, 120.7876°W, altitude approximately 760 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Salicaceae (genus Populus) was present.
The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.

Lamellae: attachment emarginate; maximum depth not recorded; number of complete lamellae 110; tears visible with naked eye; white fimbriate edge present.
Stipe: 120 x 17 {median} x 19 {basal} mm; stipe Q 7.1; base clavate, cylindrical; floccosity floccose, floccose at apex; rooting no; mycelial chords yes.
Context: texture firm; stipe interior not recorded; stipe flesh discolouring from base no; slenderness measure 6.1; smell raphanoid; taste none.
