    Collection 19754 was collected by J. Horman on 27th October 2007 in Southaven, Southaven State Park, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York, UNITED STATES (approx. 40.8°N, 72.98°W, altitude approximately 20 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.

    The surrounding habitat was described as not recorded.
