Collection 12309 was collected by J. Vesterholt (84-1605) on 11th October 1984 in Bialowieza, POLAND (approx. 52.7°N, 23.86°E, altitude approximately 155 m above sea level - Google maps). No ectomycorrhizal plants were recorded.
The surrounding habitat was described as deciduous woodland, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.
