Collection 17833 (herbarium acc. no. O-F-154652) is Hebeloma alpinum.

    Collection 17833 was collected by K. Høiland, det: Ø. Weholt on 7th August 1975 in Porsanger, Solsætra, Reinøya, Finnmark, NORWAY (approx. 70.3908°N, 31.1325°E, altitude approximately 60 m above sea level - Google maps). The ectomycorrhizal family Betulaceae (genus Betula) was present.

    The surrounding habitat was described as arctic tundra with a substrate of grassy soil, corresponding to the IUCN habitat We map from the collector's description of the habitat to the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN)'s definition using a standardised set of rules.     According to the GPS data the collection was in the Koppen climate code Dfc (Cold, no dry season, cold summer).
